Penne Pasta:

1 pound penne pasta;

Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Sauce:

2 tablespoons butter; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 2 cups cooked shredded chicken; 1 cup buffalo wing sauce; 1 1/2 cups heavy cream; 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese; 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; chopped parsley and blue cheese crumbles for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Penne Pasta: Cook the penne pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
