Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
Add mix-ins: Fold in chopped Pop-Tart pieces and white chocolate chips.
