Shrimp:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Broccoli:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Pasta:

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Prepare fettuccine according to package instructions, then set aside.
  2. Cook the Shrimp: Sauté shrimp until pink and opaque, then set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic, add broccoli, pour in cream and milk, melt Parmesan, season, add shrimp back.
