Chicken Casserole:
2cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
2cups cooked white or brown rice
2cups broccoli florets, steamed until tender-crisp
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2cup sour cream
1/2cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs (optional topping)
Instructions
Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Spread Mixture: Spread mixture in baking dish evenly. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and crushed crackers or breadcrumbs if desired.
