Description

This Bow Tie Pasta Salad is a refreshing and flavorful dish that is perfect for picnics, potlucks, or as a light meal. It features tender bow tie pasta tossed with a medley of colorful vegetables and a zesty vinaigrette dressing.


Ingredients

Pasta:

  • 8 oz bow tie pasta

Vinaigrette Dressing:

Veggies:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 English cucumber, diced

  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta cheese, and basil.
