For the Fudge:
2cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4cup unsalted butter
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
1/4cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Topping:
1/2cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Prepare the Fudge: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it. Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and marshmallows in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat, add pudding mix, milk, and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Pour into pan.
Add Topping: Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in microwave. Drizzle over fudge.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate fudge for at least 4 hours. Cut into squares and enjoy!
