  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Topping:

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fudge: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it. Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and marshmallows in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat, add pudding mix, milk, and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Pour into pan.
  2. Add Topping: Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in microwave. Drizzle over fudge.
  3. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate fudge for at least 4 hours. Cut into squares and enjoy!
