  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the custard layer:

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

For the chocolate topping:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vanilla fudge layer: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour into the dish and spread evenly. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Make the custard layer: In a bowl, mix pudding mix, milk, and heavy cream until thickened. Spread over the chilled fudge layer. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Create the chocolate topping: Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Pour over the custard layer. Chill for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
