1cup whole wheat flour
1/2cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:
1/2cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
2cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter and vanilla until crumbly. Press most of the mixture into the pan to form a crust.
Prepare Blueberry Layer: In another bowl, mix blueberries, honey/maple syrup, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Spread over the crust.
Add Topping: Sprinkle reserved oat mixture on top.
Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool before cutting into bars.
