Blueberry Layer:
1/2cup blueberry preserves or fresh blueberries
Egg Wash:
1 egg
1 tablespoon water

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Cream Cheese Filling: Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Prepare Pastry: Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Spread cream cheese mixture, add blueberry layer, then roll into a log.
Slice and Bake: Cut into 8 pieces, place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
