Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Glaze (optional):

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter for the crust. Press into the pan.
  3. Blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Pour over crust.
  4. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Swirl over the cheesecake batter.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate.
  6. Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze. Drizzle over bars.

Notes
