Crust:
1cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 tablespoons melted butter
Cheesecake Filling:
16ounces cream cheese (softened)
2 large eggs
1/2cup granulated sugar
1/2cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cinnamon Swirl:
1/4cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted butter
Glaze (optional):
1/2cup powdered sugar
1–2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter for the crust. Press into the pan.
Blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Pour over crust.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Swirl over the cheesecake batter.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate.
Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze. Drizzle over bars.
Notes
For clean slices, wipe the knife between each cut.
You can double the recipe and bake in a 9×13-inch pan, adjusting bake time as needed.
