Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pans: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans and line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
