  • 1 packet (about 2.75 oz) country gravy mix (plus water as directed)

For the Egg Mixture:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Additional:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)

  5. Assemble and Bake: Spoon the sausage gravy mixture over the eggs, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
  6. Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
