Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare crust: Preheat oven to 400°F. Fit one pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Prepare filling: In a large bowl, toss peaches with sugars, cornstarch, spices, lemon juice, and vanilla. Let sit for 10 minutes.
