1pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4cups beef broth
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1cup elbow macaroni (uncooked)
Optional:
1cup frozen corn
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook Ground Beef: In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
Add Aromatics: Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add Broth & Tomatoes: Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, seasonings. Bring to a boil.
Cook Macaroni: Add macaroni, simmer for 10–12 minutes until tender.
