Description
A quick and hearty 30-minute meal featuring tender beef and rotini pasta tossed in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Lower heat to medium and pour in heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
- Return beef to skillet and mix well with the sauce.
- Add cooked rotini and toss until pasta is well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute sirloin with ground beef or another tender cut.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and melting quality.
- Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra veggies.
