Description

A quick and hearty 30-minute meal featuring tender beef and rotini pasta tossed in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Lower heat to medium and pour in heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return beef to skillet and mix well with the sauce.
  7. Add cooked rotini and toss until pasta is well coated.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can substitute sirloin with ground beef or another tender cut.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and melting quality.
  • Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra veggies.
