1/2cup unsalted butter (softened)
1/2cup creamy peanut butter
1/2cup granulated sugar
1/2cup brown sugar (packed)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2cups all-purpose flour

24 milk chocolate Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)
48 mini chocolate chips (for claws)
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla extract. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine wet and dry mixtures.
Shape the cookies: Roll dough into balls, coat in sugar, and place on baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes. Press a Hershey’s Kiss into each cookie and add chocolate chips for claws.
Cool and enjoy: Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
You can chill the dough for 30 minutes if it’s too soft to handle.
For a fun twist, use different flavored Kisses or chocolate chunks in the center.
