2cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
1/4cup BBQ sauce
1/4cup ranch dressing
4 large flour tortillas
1cup shredded lettuce
1/2cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2cup diced tomatoes
1/4cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
Warm the tortillas slightly in a microwave or skillet to make them more pliable.
Lay each tortilla flat and spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing in the center.
Divide the BBQ chicken evenly among the tortillas.
Top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro if using.
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll it up tightly into a wrap.
Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for even quicker prep.
