  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  2. Warm the tortillas slightly in a microwave or skillet to make them more pliable.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat and spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing in the center.
  4. Divide the BBQ chicken evenly among the tortillas.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro if using.
