8oz elbow macaroni
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
2cups whole milk
1cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
For the BBQ Chicken:
1 1/2cups cooked shredded BBQ chicken
1/4cup barbecue sauce
For the Topping:
1/4cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook macaroni, then set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk and simmer until thickened.
Stir in cheeses, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt until creamy.
Combine pasta, cheese sauce, BBQ chicken, and barbecue sauce in a bowl.
