Instructions
Prepare Cauliflower: Steam or boil cauliflower florets until tender, then drain and mash.
Mix Ingredients: Combine mashed cauliflower with eggs, flour, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Cook Fritters: Form mixture into fritters, fry in olive oil until golden brown and crisp.
