Rice Krispies Mixture:

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant banana cream pudding mix (dry)
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • banana chips or extra wafer pieces for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rice Krispies Mixture: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat, mix in pudding mix and vanilla. Fold in Rice Krispies and crushed wafers.
  2. Form the Bars: Press mixture into the baking dish. Top with white chocolate chips, if using. Add garnish. Let set for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
