Banana Pudding Rice Krispie Treats:
1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
5 cups mini marshmallows
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
6cups Rice Krispies cereal
15–20 vanilla wafer cookies (roughly crushed)
1/2cup white chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Prepare the Pan: Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt Butter and Pudding Mix: In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the banana pudding mix until fully incorporated.
Add Marshmallows: Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Incorporate Remaining Ingredients: Remove from heat and quickly stir in the salt and Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated. Fold in the crushed vanilla wafers and white chocolate chips, if using.
Press into Pan: Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan using a greased spatula or wax paper.
