Cookies:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add pudding mix: Mix in the dry banana pudding mix.
  4. Combine wet ingredients: Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Prepare dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Combine wet and dry mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
