  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant banana pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • Crushed vanilla wafers and banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in bananas, pudding mix, sour cream, and vanilla. Pour over crust.
