  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium bananas)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for topping
  • Whipped cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. Make Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in bananas, sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon, salt. Fold in nuts and caramel.
