  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in eggs, then add vanilla extract and sour cream. Mix in mashed bananas.
