Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, mashed bananas, and sour cream.
Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
Bake: Pour batter into dish and bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
Make frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk for consistency.
