3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1cup granulated sugar
1/2cup packed brown sugar
1/2cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1cup buttermilk
1cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or two 9-inch round cake pans.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
Combine Batter: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with buttermilk, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
