Description

Baked Tuscan Chicken is a creamy, flavorful dish made with tender chicken breasts, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and a rich garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir and simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes until the spinach wilts.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and transfer to the oven.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Serve hot, spooning extra sauce over the chicken.

  • Use fresh spinach for best texture and flavor.
  • For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
