- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

- You can substitute maple syrup for honey for a different flavor profile.
