Description

Juicy and flavorful baked ranch chicken thighs made with a simple seasoning blend and baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken and rub to coat evenly.
  5. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
