- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken and rub to coat evenly.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use boneless thighs for quicker cooking time.
- Pair with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes of baking.
