  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • Sliced green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Prepare the salmon: Place the salmon skin-side down in the center of the baking sheet.
