4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1/2cup mayonnaise
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4cup breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if using, for added crunch.
Bake the salmon for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes if you want a crispier topping.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
Freshly grated Parmesan provides better flavor and texture.
Pairs well with roasted vegetables or a green salad.
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
