Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, mashed banana, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk.
