- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, prepare the lemon garlic sauce by mixing lemon zest, minced garlic, lemon juice, and melted butter in a small bowl.
- Once the wings are cooked, remove from the oven and toss immediately in the lemon garlic sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, pat them dry before seasoning.
- Adjust garlic and lemon to taste.
- You can broil the wings for 2-3 minutes at the end for added crispiness.
