Chicken:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Honey Mustard Glaze:
1/3cup Dijon mustard
1/4cup honey
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Garnish:
Chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, whole grain mustard, olive oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
Prepare the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a lightly greased baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them, coating each piece completely.
Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and is nicely glazed.
Serve: Spoon some of the sauce from the dish over the chicken before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or a green salad.
You can marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before baking for extra flavor.
