1/2cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/3cup honey
1/4cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
