4 medium russet potatoes (cut into wedges)
Seasoning:
1/4cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven, cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking and pat dry thoroughly.
Yukon Gold potatoes can be used for a creamier interior.
