Ingredients

Cod Fillets:

4 cod fillets (about 6 ounces each)

Seasoning:

2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 garlic cloves minced, 1 lemon zested and juiced, 1 teaspoon dried parsley or 1 tablespoon fresh, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, lemon slices and fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

  3. Mix the seasoning: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
