- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups cooked pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)
- 1 tbsp butter (for breadcrumbs, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked chicken, cooked pasta, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheeses.
- If using breadcrumbs, mix them with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the chicken with turkey or rotisserie chicken.
- Add steamed vegetables like broccoli or peas for extra nutrition.
- Use any cheese blend you prefer for a different flavor.
