2cups cooked chicken, shredded
3cups cooked pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
2cups shredded cheddar cheese
1cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2cup sour cream
1/4cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)
1 tbsp butter (for breadcrumbs, optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked chicken, cooked pasta, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Top with remaining cheeses.
If using breadcrumbs, mix them with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can substitute the chicken with turkey or rotisserie chicken.
Add steamed vegetables like broccoli or peas for extra nutrition.
Use any cheese blend you prefer for a different flavor.
