Seasonings:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional:

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley or lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until coated.
  3. Bake: Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet, roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Optional: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley or lemon wedges and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, roast on a metal baking sheet without parchment.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a touch of heat or drizzle with tahini for a Mediterranean twist.
