2 ripe bananas (mashed)
2cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1 egg (optional for binding)
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or butter (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk until fully mixed. Optionally, add the egg and melted coconut oil. Fold in the chocolate chips.
