  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
  • 1 ripe avocado (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce or baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato or red bell pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed avocado, Greek yogurt (or mayo), lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked chicken, cilantro, red onion, lettuce, and tomato.
  2. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and divide the mixture evenly among them. Roll each wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  4. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil or plastic wrap for later.

Notes
