  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined to make the dressing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, sliced apple, dried cranberries, and chopped nuts.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. If desired, sprinkle crumbled feta or goat cheese on top for added creaminess.
  5. Serve immediately for best texture and freshness.
