  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For Serving:

  • 46 warm pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup chopped romaine or shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, vinegar, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken, coat well, and marinate for 1-8 hours.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Grill or cook marinated chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice thinly.
