Instructions
Prepare the Roast Beef: In a saucepan, combine the roast beef, beef broth, onion, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
Make the Cheddar Sauce: In a separate saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the flour, then slowly whisk in the milk until smooth. Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Sandwiches: Divide the roast beef among the onion buns. Top with a generous amount of cheddar sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
