3/4cup buttermilk
1cup peeled and finely diced apples (such as Granny Smith)
Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare biscuit dough: In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Cut in cold butter, then stir in buttermilk. Toss diced apples with spices and sugar, fold into dough.
