  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

For the topping:

  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
