1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (softened)

1/2 packet Italian dressing mix (about 1 tablespoon)

2cups cooked white or brown rice
1/2cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5–6 minutes.
Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, chicken broth, Italian dressing mix, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked rice and browned chicken to the sauce mixture and stir to combine.
Bake: Pour everything into the prepared baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

You can substitute cooked shredded chicken to save time.
