Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add Eggs and Extracts: Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in almond and vanilla extracts.
  5. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with milk; mix just until combined.
