Air Fryer Ravioli

Crispy air‑fried ravioli that’s golden and crunchy on the outside, tender and cheesy on the inside—perfect as a quick appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Your favorite marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. While it heats, pat ravioli dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, toss ravioli with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. If using Parmesan, add it now.
  4. Arrange ravioli in a single layer in the air‑fryer basket (work in batches if needed, avoiding overcrowding).
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Remove carefully and transfer to a serving plate. Let cool 1–2 minutes—they stay crispier when slightly cooled.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dip.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, bread ravioli by dipping in beaten egg then breadcrumbs before air‑frying.
  • Can use frozen ravioli—add a couple extra minutes to cooking time.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste, like adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in fridge up to 2 days; re‑crisp in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Experiment with fillings—spinach & ricotta or meat ravioli work too.
